Three-ingredient recipe for crispy, spicy chicken wings in the air fryer

The video has been viewed 262,000 times and the recipe uses three ingredients for the chicken wing coating and then whatever buffalo sauce you like. 

The clip began: “How to make the juiciest, fall-off-the-bone Buffalo chicken wings.” 

1. Place the chicken wings onto a place and “dry well” using a paper towel. 

2. Place the chicken wings into a big bowl and add seasonings. @dippedtampa suggests one tablespoon of flour, one tablespoon of cornstarch, and one tablespoon of Frank’s Redhot seasoning. Toss to coat all sides of the wings.

3. Remove the air fryer basket and spray it with oil. Then place the chicken wings in the basket making sure they don’t overlap. 

4. Air fry at 350 Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. 

5. Flip the chicken wings then cook at 400 Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius for a further 10 minutes. 

6. Once the tip is up, remove and place into a bowl, before adding a massive dollop of Buffalo sauce and toss. 

7. Serve alongside blue cheese or ranch sauce, celery and carrot sticks for the perfect snack.
