TikTok hair hack involves using Moroccanoil to create the ultimate slicked-back style

TikTok is the place to be if you want to pick up any new trends, and particularly when the summer months roll around, we’re always keeping an extra beady eye out for anything that’s going to help us tame our hair in the heat and humidity. And guess what? We found it, and it only requires one simple product.

The hack took off when the TikTok user @annabellehooperrr gave a hair tutorial on the steps she takes to get her super sleek hair look.

In just a few easy steps, Annabelle shows viewers have to section off the top of the hair in a triangle-shaped section, before whipping out her secret weapon Morrocanoil’s Hydrating Styling Cream.

Applying the product to the sides of her head, her tresses were immediately slicked back and held into position.

“I want to show you that when I brush it through and remove my hand, it literally stays in place with this hydrating cream which helps me kind of keep everything working together.” Annabelle went on to brush a sleek high ponytail in place before securing it in place with a hair tie. 

Eugh, just stunning. 

She continues to sing the praises of the hydrating cream, replying to a comment: “Product is my saving grace, and it just gets the hair to stay in the direction I want with the part, otherwise it can all blend together!”

In answer to another follower’s comment on whether the product would leave her hair crunchy, she replied: “Not crunchy at all. I can wear my hair down again after this product :)”.

When someone else said they had run out to purchase the cream, she responded, “You’re going to love it…. I really can’t believe how good it is!”
