During this Thursday’s edition of “The Carton Show” on FS1, former NBA guard Tim Hardaway Sr. unleashed an absurd take regarding Spurs rookie Victor Wembanyama.
Hardaway revealed that he believes Bol Bol is better than Wembanyama.
“I think he’s better than Victor Wembanyama or whatever his name is,” Hardaway said. “Yes, Bol Bol has better physical talent and ready to play in the NBA right now than Victor is.”
Bol, a former second-round pick, averaged 9.1 points per game for the Magic this past season. He recently signed a contract with the Suns.
Wembanyama, on the other hand, was just selected by the Spurs with the No. 1 overall pick. Many analysts think he’s the most polarizing prospect since LeBron James.
With that said, it’s a bit insulting to say Bol is better than a player who has game-changing potential.
