The arrival of Dune 2 is soon upon us. Yes, that means an exciting new interstellar adventure, but it also means more great press looks from the franchise’s stars Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya. The actors offered a tantalizing preview of what’s on the horizon during an appearance at the CinemaCon red carpet in Las Vegas on Tuesday.
The two both opted for vests. Chalmet donned a hard-edged leather one with a pair of slim-fit, moto trousers that featured tonal kneepad detailing. For what it’s worth, Chalmet seems to be entering his Motomami era. Just a few days ago he wore a two-piece leather suit.
Meanwhile, Zendaya wore a deconstructed, backless halter waistcoat from Louis Vuitton’s fall 2023 collection, worn with draped trousers. The full LV look is one of the star’s first red carpet looks since becoming a house ambassador for the renowned luxury brand. \
Paired together, the looks both read as young and empowered actors who are not afraid to play around with fashion. We’re excited to see what other subtly harmonizing looks they come with over following months, leading up to Dune 2’s release on November 3.
