Tiny Scots guest house named one of the world’s best – it’s just 3 hours from Glasgow

A STUNNING little B&B has been named the finest in the country – and the 11th best in the whole world.

Tripadvisor today revealed its Best Hotel Awards for 2023.

The travel experts pick the top places to stay across a range of categories, including luxury overnights and spa stays.

And in the B&B category, Torlinnhe Guest House in Fort William came out as the best in Scotland.

And it beat other properties around the world to make it to 11th slot in the globe as well as fifth in the UK and seventh in Europe in the same category.

The gorgeous guest house, at the foot of Ben Nevis in the North West Highlands, boasts views of Loch Linne and the Ardgour hills.

With over 1,000 ‘excellent’ reviews on the site, it’s the extra touches that make owners Larisa and Mark Rossi the ‘perfect hosts’.

The couple said: “We are delighted to be featured in Tripadvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best Hotel Awards for 2023.

The best B&B in the world is The Toulson Court in Scarborough, which has more than 2,000 ‘excellent’ reviews from customers.
