A Nordic-inspired custom home in Boulder sold for $9.5 million, topping the June list of the region’s top home sales. That list also includes three homes that sold over list price and two homes that set record sales for their neighborhoods.

The 4,400-square-foot home in the 1000 block of 5th St. listed at $9.95 million. Designed by Aspen- and Boulder-based Studio B, the home features a dramatic Alpine context with steeply pitched roofs and glass walls. The single-level home sits at the base of Flagstaff on a secluded .75-acre lot.

The house overlooks a 1,300-square-foot heated rear patio with a fire pit, saline pool and spa.

The H-shaped floor plan splits the home into two wings. To the south: dining, main living, kitchen, mudroom and office. To the north: primary suite, children or guest suites, and a family living room with loft.

Listed by Brian Delaney with Delaney Realty Group, the home was purchased by Bleeker LLC, represented by John Canova with Compass-Boulder.
