Spurs have been handed a huge boost to their hopes of bringing in Everton forward Richarlison this summer.

Antonio Conte remains keen to add another forward to his squad ahead of their Champions League campaign next season. And Richarlison is now said to be his top target, and Everton may “have to sell” the striker according to Harry Redknapp.

Richarlison transfer boost

Former Spurs manager Harry Redknapp has said he believes that Frank Lampard will “have to sell” Richarlison this summer.

Antonio Conte is reportedly targeting the Everton ace as his next summer signing to add quality and depth to his forward line. And Redknapp, who is Everton manager Lampard’s uncle, says the Toffees boss “as no money to spend”.

And in a word of advice, Redknapp has said that “sometimes you have to sell your best player to try and get two or three in”. That could be a huge encouragement to Conte as he tries to bring the Brazilian forward to north London.

Everton drop £20m hint

Richarlison’s current club Everton have hinted they could be ready to part ways with the Brazilian as they eye up his £20m replacement.

According to football.london, the Toffees could sign Watford’s Emmanuel Dennis in a £20m deal following their relegation to the Championship. It is claimed that the Nigeria international is one of several options currently under consideration, which suggests the club are open to selling their prized asset this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur’s signing of Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Yves Bissouma is the latest step towards challenging for major honours next season.
