‘Tough to do’: Bieber’s ice-cold anxiety cure-all method

US model Hailey Bieber stunned in a tiny blue bikini as she filmed herself taking the plunge into an ice bath for mental health benefits.

The 26-year-old shared the TikTok video on Sunday, which showed her braving an ice bath to help with her “anxiety” and “mood”.

Bieber slipped into a tiny navy blue bikini set, showing off her toned and tanned figure before submerging herself in an outdoor tub.

In the caption attached to the video, she wrote, “Back with another cold plunge series. Cold plunging has helped me a lot with anxiety and overall mood,” followed by a blue heart emoji.

At the start of the 22-second video uploaded to her 10.8 million followers, the star prepared to dunk herself in the icy temperatures.

After taking a deep breath, she quickly sat in the water that reached up towards her collarbone.

The wife of Justin Bieber closed her eyes as her body began to adjust to the sudden temperature drop and proceeded to dip her head under the water.

During the clip, she also added text which read, “30 seconds minimum”, letting her fans know how long she aimed to sit in cold water.

The creator of the skincare range, Rhode, has been adding the cold plunge into her well-being routine for several years, saying in 2020 she had been adjusting to the activity with her husband.

“My husband is much more into steam, sauna and cold plunges than I am. Guess which one of those three I really don’t like? The cold plunge hurts,” she told Vogue.

“But when you come out, you’re like, ‘Woah!’ I feel re-born. It is tough to do, though. Justin is very disciplined and takes care of his body, but it’s good that we can do things separately while we do things together.”
