Trouble in paradise? Affleck captured ‘slamming door’ on JLo

It seems the honeymoon is well and truly over for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez.

After a number of very frosty public outings the pair, who tied the knot in August, have prompted fans on social media to speculate about the state of their relationship.

The latest was a tense exchange on an LA street where Affleck appeared to slam Jennifer Lopez’s door after she gets into a car in LA.

The couple were out on a coffee run when they were caught on camera in footage that has since gone viral.

Both are seen returning to their luxury car dressed casually and clutching coffees before a frustrated-looking Affleck opens Lopez’s passenger door. After she gets in, it looks like he slams the door before stalking away to the driver’s side.

There was also a very strained appearance on the red carpet for the LA premiere of Mother where J-Lo was frowning and gesticulating at Affleck.

However, a lip reader told the Daily Mail that while they may have looked frustrated with each other, what they were actually talking about was where and how they should pose for photographers.

JLo apparently asked Affleck whether her low-cut top was “showing too much”, to which he responded that it was fine.

After striking a pose Affleck seemed to encourage his wife to step closer, saying “Don’t worry babe”. JLo responds by saying, “come close to me”.

It was their memorable appearance at the Grammy’s, though, that fuelled the first rumours of a rift.

Affleck quickly became an internet meme after JL was caught telling a very bored Affleck to enjoy himself.

JLo told him: “Look more friendly. Look motivated.” before Affleck replied: “I might”.
