Amouranth, whose real name is Kaitlyn Michelle Siragusa, is one of the most popular Twitch streamers around – with a whopping five million subscribers. The 28-year-old, who has five million subscribers on Twitch, is known for her hot tub streams and racy photos shared on social media, OnlyFans and now Playboy’s new website Centerfold. And in a new interview, Amouranth has revealed the staggering amount of money she makes each and every month.
While she only came in 48th place for top Twitch earners in an October 2021 data leak, unlike other Twitch stars she pulls in huge earnings from other avenues.
Amouranth recently revealed that a topless picture alone had earned her a whopping $278,000.
And in a wide-ranging interview with YouTuber AnthonyPadilla, Amouranth revealed that she makes $1.3million to $1.4million a MONTH solely from one unnamed fan website.
Her Patreon page is the second biggest earner, bringing in over $100,000 a month while Twitch is in third place with around $100,000 a month.
Using those figures, that means each year Amouranth brings in between $18million to over $19million.
To put this in perspective, in less than one week Amouranth will earn more than Prime Minister Boris Johnson earns from his salary in a year.
While the amount of money Amouranth earns each week is in a similar ball park to the top earners in the Premier League.
This huge financial success does have another side to it though, with Amouranth regularly having to deal with a barrage of abuse online.
In the YouTube interview Amouranth discussed hateful comments she receives from viewers, getting death threats “all the time” and how she has regularly been the victim of ‘Swatting’.
Swatting is when a hoax call is made to emergency services which leads to police and emergency services rushing to an address. In the US Swatting is a criminal offence, and has led to completely innocent people being injured or even dying after armed police turned up at their address.
Amouranth said: “There’s a lot of Twitch’s audience that for some reason are just against women using their looks.
“And it’s funny because video games do that constantly.
“It seems to be accepted widely when male-dominated industries use women for looks, but when women start using their own looks it’s not acceptable anymore.”
Amouranth also discussed how she has been objectified throughout her life from a very young age.
When asked if she is constantly being objectified, the Twitch streamer said: “Ever since I was nine. I would run across my street to my friend’s house and there would be guys cat-calling me from the side of the street, being like ‘What’s up, sexy mama?’ And I’m like a nine-year-old.
“Welcome to being a woman. If people are going to be creepy to you, you might as well get the bag.”
