The winner of Tyson Fury’s world title clash with Dillian Whyte will earn a £3million bonus.
Fury will put his heavyweight world title on the line for the second time in a fight pencilled in for April 23 in Cardiff.
Frank Warren and his Queensberry Promotions outfit will host the fight after winning Friday’s purse bid with a £31million offer.
The only other purse bid was from Eddie Hearn who offered £24m.
Fury is due 80 per cent of that following a ruling by the WBC – but the sanctioning body has now announced 10 per cent of the purse – £3m – will be held over for the winner.
That means Fury will take home at least £22m while Whyte will bank at least £5.5m.

Fury and Whyte had seemingly been on a collision course since the former successfully defended his world title against Deontay Wilder.
But those plans were thrown into doubt this week when Anthony Joshua appeared ready to step aside from his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk to allow Fury to face his fellow world champion.
Joshua was to be offered £15m to do so – and be guaranteed a shot at the newly-crowned undisputed king.
Whyte would also have been paid £5m to step aside from his clash with Fury.
But as the clock ticked towards Friday’s purse bid, Fury decided to walk away from negotiations and instead focus on Whyte.

That leaves Joshua and Usyk to clash for the second time – likely in May at either Wembley or the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The winners of the two fights are then expected to meet to crown the first undisputed heavyweight world champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999.
After winning the bid, Warren said: “Queensberry and Top Rank are delighted to announce that WBC and lineal heavyweight champion Tyson Fury will defend his belts against Dillian Whyte.
“A date and venue will be announced in due course.”
