ABU DHABI, 28th September, 2022 (WAM) — The UAE Pro League has announced the nominees for the ADNOC Pro League Best monthly awards, in the Best Player, Best Goalkeeper, and Best Coach categories for September.
The shortlist for the Best Player award includes Sharjah’s duo Brazilian striker Luan Pereira and Spanish forward Francisco Alcacer, who have delivered brilliant performance with the club since the beginning of the ongoing season.
The pair are joined by Al Jazira’s duo midfielder Abdalla Ramadan and the ADNOC Pro League all-time top scorer Ali Mabkhout, as well as, Shabab Al Ahli’s midfielder Yuri Cesar.
In the Best Goalkeeper category for September, Al Bataeh’s Zayed Ahmed is competing against Al Nasr’s Ahmed Shambih and Sharjah’s goalkeeper Darwish Mohammad Habib.
Al Jazira head coach Marcel Keizer, Sharjah manager Aurelian Cosmin Olaroiu, and Al Bataeh coach Caio Cesar Zanardi are vying for the Best Coach award.
Voting opens at 20:00 today on the UAE Pro League website and mobile app and will continue for 24 hours. After which, winners will be announced through the UAEPL’s official social media accounts.
