Tai Tuivasa wins his fourth straight UFC fight at UFC 269 after dropping Augusto Sakai in the beginning of the second round.
There is a rapidly rising star in the UFC heavyweight division and he just drank a beer out of a shoe.
In the prelims of UFC 269, Tai Tuivasa continued his rise in the heavyweight ranks by knocking out the No. 11 ranked Augusto Sakai. Where the first round was about measuring and wrestling, Tuivasa let his hands go early in the second round, damaging Sakai fast and ultimately giving him the victory.
Tai Tuivasa has won four straight fights, earning him a spot on the heavyweight rankings
Despite struggling in 2018 and 2019, Tuivasa has come back with a passion in 2020 and 2021, winning four straight fights and working hard to make himself look like a contender. With this victory, Tuivasa will likely earn a spot in the heavyweight rankings and will begin his climb to a title shot.
