In his home country, Tom Aspinall will have the chance to break into the top five of the UFC heavyweight rankings when he faces Curtis Blaydes in the main event of UFC London, at The O2 Arena.

Blaydes enters this fight having won two straight and six of his last seven. He was last in action in March, scoring an early second-round TKO of Chris Daukaus at UFC Columbus, earning a performance bonus in the process. Blaydes enters this fight ranked fourth in the heavyweight standings.

Aspinall has won eight straight and is a perfect 5-0 in the Octagon. He’s finished every fight thus far in the UFC, with TKOs over Jake Collier, Alan Baudot and Sergey Spivak, as well as submissions of Andrei Arlovski and Alexander Volkov. Aspinall has earned four performance bonuses total in those outings.

Today’s co-main event will feature Jack Hermansson, coming off a split-decision loss to Sean Strickland in February, taking on Chris Curtis, who fills in for an injured Darren Till following a win over Rodolfo Vieira last month.

The card will also feature the highly-hyped talent, Paddy Pimblett, taking on Jordan Leavitt in a grudge match, as well as action from Molly McCann, Alexander Gustafsson and Paul Craig.
