UFC Vegas 51: Vicente Luque vs. Belal Muhammad official weigh-in results
A pair of UFC welterweight contenders, with high momentum riding on their sides, will do battle in the main event of UFC Vegas 51.
Vicente Luque and Belal Muhammad will square off looking to make an impact and look to solidify themselves as being likely just a fight or two away from a shot at Kamaru Usman and the UFC welterweight championship.
This will be the second encounter between the two, with Luque knocking out Muhammad back in November 2016 at UFC 205. Both have won 10 of 12 since their first encounter.
Luque comes into this bout placed No. 5 in the UFC welterweight rankings. He is currently on a four-fight win streak and has earned post-fight bonuses in six of his last eight fights, including the most recent three.
His current streak is all finishes, with knockouts of Niko Price and Randy Brown and submissions of Tyron Woodley and Michael Chiesa.
Muhammad, ranked No. 6, is unbeaten in his last seven fights and will enter this fight off back-to-back wins to cap 2021, defeating Demian Maia and Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson by decision.
