Claudio Puelles goes from being taken down to dominating Clay Guida on the ground, scoring a submission at UFC Vegas 52
Claudio Puelles has now extended his winning streak to five in a row and scored the biggest win of his career at UFC Vegas 52, submitting veteran Clay Guida in one round.
After a couple of kicks from Guida start, “The Carpenter” shot in for a single-leg takedown, getting it following some resistance from Puelles.

Guida, however, would be the one in danger, as Puelles would look for a submission right away, going from an omoplata attempt, to a triangle attempt, to an armbar attempt.
Guida managed to free his arm, but Puelles quickly grabbed a hold of his leg and forced a tap with a kneebar.
