UFC Vegas 57: Arman Tsarukyan vs. Mateusz Gamrot live results
A pair of lower-ranked UFC lightweights will battle in the main event of UFC Vegas 57, as Arman Tsarukyan and Mateusz Gamrot look to gain more attention and get a step closer to a significant fight.
After dropping a decision to Islam Makhachev in his UFC debut, Tsarukyan has since won five straight. This streak has seen him score decisions over Olivier Aubin-Mercier, Davi Ramos and Matt Frevola, as well as finishes of Christos Giagos and Joel Alvarez. Each of those recent two finishes earned Tsarukyan a performance bonus.
Gamrot also lost his UFC debut, dropping a split decision to Guram Kutateladze in a bout that earned Fight of the Night honors. Since then, however, he’s quickly risen up with a knockout of Scott Holtzman, a submission of Jeremy Stephens and a TKO of Carlos Diego Ferreira — the former two earning him performance bonuses.
