Actor Urvashi Rautela is once again making headlines after seeing a connection to cricket. Just recently, Urvashi shared an edited romantic reel video featuring the Pakistani pacer Naseem Shah. Soon the video went viral on social media and Urvashi faced netizens’ ire for sharing a video with a Pakistani player. As the clip became the talk of the town, during a press conference, Naseem Shah was asked about the viral video where he simply said that he doesn’t know Urvashi.
Now, breaking her silence of Naseem Shah’s comment, the Sanam Re actor requested the media to refrain from creating any sort of news. She took to her Instagram stories and wrote, “Couple of days back, my team shared all fan-made cute edits (around 11-12) without any knowledge of other people involved in it. Would Kindly request the media to not create any sort of news. Thanking you all love you.”

For the unversed, when asked about the viral video shared by Urvashi Rautela, Naseem Shah said ahead of the Asia Cup final against Sri Lanka, “Smile toh aapke question pe aa raha hai… mujhe toh pata hi nahi Urvashi kaun hai (I am smiling at your question. I don’t know who Urvashi is). I only focus on my match. People usually send me videos but I have no idea. I have nothing special in me but I thank people who come to watch cricket and give a lot of respect.”
Earlier, Urvashi made headlines with Rishabh Pant where he mentioned how people are using his name for fame and popularity. Reacting to his claims, she said that Pant should play bat and ball.
