Varun Dhawan and Atlee are all set to collaborate for an action entertainer. Varun, who is currently busy with Raj & DK’s Citadel India, shared the news on Instagram with his fans. The actor revealed the release date of his yet-to-be-titled film.
Varun and Atlee to collaborate
Varun Dhawan’s film with Atlee will release on May 31, 2024. The actor took to his Instagram Stories and wrote, “#VD18 May 31st 2024… In theatres.”
Presented by Atlee, Varun starrer will be high on action. The upcoming film is written and directed by Kalees. Murad Khetani and Priya Atlee are producing it.
Varun has interesting projects in the pipeline. The actor has Raj & DK’s Citadel India which also stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Apart from that, he also has Bawaal. The Nitesh Tiwari directorial also stars Janhvi Kapoor. As revealed by the makers, Bawaal will release on Amazon Prime Video in July this year. Fans are beyond excited to see Varun and Janhvi onscreen together. Here’s a poster featuring Varun and Janhvi. The duo shares a great chemistry.
On the other hand, Atlee is currently busy with the post production of Jawan. Jawan stars Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role. King Khan will be seen sharing screen space with Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, Vijay Sethupathi and Sunil Grover in the same. For the uninitiated, Jawan was earlier slated to release on June 2 but the makers postponed it further. Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan will release on September 7, 2023.
In May, King Khan dropped an intriguing poster of Jawan on Instagram and wrote in the caption, “#Jawan #7thSeptember2023.”
