Video: Fan In Tom Brady Jersey Warned Heat Fans Before Last Possession Of Game 6

It’s never over until it’s over. And one Boston fan ended up getting the last laugh at the end of Saturday night’s Game 6.

After Jimmy Butler hit three free throws to give the Heat a one-point lead, a fan in a Tom Brady jersey attempted to warn the raucous Miami crowd that there were still three seconds left.

And we know what happened after that…

NBA Twitter reacted to the clip over the holiday weekend.

“Never taunt a person wearing a Tom Brady jersey!” a user laughed. “They built different LOL.”

“Oooooh they would’ve hated me at the end of the game the levels of disrespectful I would’ve got to!!!” a fan replied.

“He who laughs last, laughs loudest. #Celticsin7.”

“I think, as a collective, we all trolled Boston fans a little too hard last night and the universe responded to our ugliness with a tragedy,” a Heat fan commented.

“Part 2!!!” the poster followed-up.

Can’t help but wonder if that same fan will be in the house for tonight’s Game 7 at TD Garden.
