On Friday, the film ‘Vikram,’ starring Kamal Haasan, was launched in theatres. ‘Samrat Prithviraj’ and ‘Major’ are facing stiff competition from the flick. Lokesh Kanagaraj directed this film, which had a budget of ₹150 crores.
Advance bookings for ‘Vikram,’ which marks Kamal Haasan’s homecoming after four years, brought in ₹11.55 crores. On the first day, ‘Vikram’ is expected to do business worth ₹30-35 crores.
