Lord of the Rings fans can soon rent out The Hobbit movie set home on Airbnb.

TMZ is reporting that people who want to travel to Middle-earth cant rent Bilbo Baggins’ home in the movies.

The original Hobbiton village in the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies just got listed on Airbnb.
The sets are at the filming location in New Zealand’s Waikato region.

There are 2,500-acre pastures of rolling green hills in the area and guests can rent the room for $10 New Zealand a night.
“The lucky guests will get private access to their own Hobbit Hole … and can enjoy an evening feast in The Green Dragon Inn, their own Second Breakfast, refreshments daily, and take a behind-the-scenes private tour of the set,” TMZ reports.
The sets functions as a tour facility throughout the year.
Want-a-be Hobbits, elves, wizards can book their stay on Airbnb starting Dec. 13.
