MBC’s upcoming historical drama “Joseon Attorney” (literal title) dropped new stills of VIXX’s Cha Hak Yeon!
“Joseon Attorney” tells the story of an oejibu (attorney in Joseon Dynasty) who takes revenge on an enemy that caused the death of his parents through a trial. Although the drama starts with revenge, it will depict the growth of the protagonist who gradually becomes a real attorney that cares for the people. The upcoming drama stars Woo Do Hwan as the intelligent and charming attorney Kang Han Soo and Bona as the caring Princess Lee Yeon Joo.
Cha Hak Yeon will play Yoo Ji Seon, who has the highest-ranking government position in Hanseongbu and is the third-generation only son of the most prestigious family in Joseon Dynasty. The actor will skillfully portray the various emotions of his character as he becomes intertwined with Kang Han Soo and Princess Lee Yeon Joo.
The production team shared, “Character Yoo Ji Seon has everything, but he is also a figure who feels distressed by the gap between the ideals he dreams of and reality. Please keep watch to see how Cha Hak Yeon will portray Yoo Ji Seon’s complicated and subtle emotions within the story.”
“Joseon Attorney” is set to premiere in March as the follow-up to “Kokdu: Season of Deity.” Stay tuned!
