Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 warning: Login quickly to avoid missing out

Call of Duty fans are being urged to login and play multiplayer over the next 24-hours. If the launch of the Warzone Elimination Challenge wasn’t enough, Activision has kicked off 24-hours of Double XP in Warzone and Modern Warfare 2. Unfortunately, the Double XP event won’t be around for long, ending at 6pm BST UK time on the evening of July 8. If you need to level up your Battle Pass or simply want to increase your stats, then consider this your last chance warning to login and unlock that extra XP.

The news was announced by Activision on Twitteer: “Grab the squad for 24 hours of 2XP action.

“Earn Double Player XP NOW until July 8 (6 PM BST) in Call of Duty Warzone and Modern Warfare II.”

The Double XP event takes place during the PlayStation-exclusive Elimination Challenge in Warzone.

As part of the challenge, players can earn rewards by completing individual and community challenges over the days.

The event ends on July 11, so there’s still plenty of time to rack up the kills and earn some rewards.

The first challenge is to get five kills in Warzone, which will unlock a Calling Card and Emblem.

If you manage to get 50 kills, you’ll receive 60 minutes of 2XP Rank and 2XP Weapons.

Finally, if the community racks up a whopping 20 million kills, then everybody will receive another Calling Card and Emblem.

In order to take part, you need to connect your PSN account with your Warzone account.
