Heena Firdous, a budding Taekwondo player from J&K’s Budgam, has proved that one can accomplish anything with determination. She was encouraged well and started to go for practice to Srinagar in harsh winters. With her hard work, she started getting selected for local and national level championships. She maintained her determination and got selected for International Taekwondo Championship in Thailand. Syed Shuja, the Coach of Heena trained her in Taekwondo. He supported her a lot and made her play at the district, state, and national levels.
