Look what the California Association of Realtors’ monthly sales report shows us among the state’s largest counties …
- Prices over 12 months: June’s median sales price was up in 44 counties and down in seven, with swings from an 8% loss to a 34% gain.
- But sales vs. June 2021: Just two rose and 49 were down, with swings from a 55% drop to a 48% increase.
