Former MLB stars Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez were in attendance for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals. The Celtics kept their postseason alive with a 116-99 win over the Heat.
Sports fans immediately blamed Jeter and Rodriguez for the Heat’s first loss of the conference finals.
For those who don’t remember, Jeter and Rodriguez were on the 2004 Yankees team that blew a 3-0 series lead to the Red Sox in the ALCS. It was an embarrassing series for the most successful franchise in MLB history.
Although there still a lot of basketball left, the sports world is convinced Jeter and Rodriguez have cursed the Heat. If that’s true, we’ll finally witness an NBA team blow a 3-0 series lead.

“If I were a Miami Heat fan, not sure I would have allowed Jeter & A-Rod in the building up 3-0,” one person said.
