A troubled former reality TV star and ex-NRL cheerleader with a “serious” drug problem will remain behind bars on remand after she allegedly stole licences and debit cards from three men in Sydney.

Jordan Ray Finlayson, 31, was due to be sentenced in Sydney Downing Centre Local Court on Friday after being charged with possession of identity information with the intention of committing fraud.

Police allege the former Beauty and the Geek contestant had the NSW drivers licences and debit cards of three men in her possession between January 29 and February 2 at Botany.

According to police, Ms Finlayson had photos of the cards on her phone which they claim she planned to use to defraud the three victims.

A court previously heard the Rosebery resident was working as a waitress at a private bachelor’s party when she allegedly took a photo of a victim’s credit card details.

Ms Finlayson has pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The former glamour model was due to learn her fate on Friday, but her lawyer was unavailable. The court heard she will receive her sentence in two weeks.

Until that time, the ex-NRL cheerleader will remain behind bars on remand.

She was taken into custody on the morning of February 22, only days after being arrested for an alleged incident at a home at Botany on February 17.

The former Penthouse model was arrested the day before she was due to face court for two charges of common assault and a charge of destruction of property. She was thrown behind bars on remand after her bail was revoked.

Her recent struggles with the law have emerged only months after the former reality TV star pledged to turn her life around when she was released from prison for drug offences stemming from her $5000-a-day drug addiction.

Ms Finlayson will appear in court via audiovisual link on July 26.
