Will Kaizer Chiefs confirm these SEVEN signings this week?

Kaizer Chiefs fans are waiting on news that will possibly launch them into the category of title contenders for the upcoming PSL season.

All the talk has so far centred around the imminent arrival of Nasreddine Nabi but the former Yanga coach is just one of half a dozen new arrivals expected imminently at Naturena.

Will it be this week? Time is running out as pre-season work needs to be done.

SEVEN INCOMING CHIEFS DEALS

Head Coach:

Nasreddine Nabi, with the possibility of bringing at least two support staff with him.

Players:

1) Thatayaone Ditlhokwe (*confirmed signing)

2) Mduduzi Mdantsane (*open secret that he’s signed from Cape Town City)

3) Given Msimango (*open secret that he’s signed from TS Galaxy)

The club has already confirmed the signing of SuperSport United centre back Thatayaone Ditlhokwe, and while he is officially the first signing, he isn’t going to be the last.

Coach Nasreddine Nabi and Kaizer Chiefs still seem to be edging closer to agreed terms, and he told TimesLIVE that “maybe in the next 58 hours we will be clear if we have finished everything”.

Will Bimenyimana stay?

Kaizer Chiefs forward Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana is expected to returning to training following a lack of suitable offers for his services.

Previously it was reported that the Burundi forward had attracted interest from Ukraine but that interest has gone quiet.

Instead, Bimenyimana is expected back at training with Chiefs.

“With a year left on his contract, Amakhosi were looking to sell or loan him out for the remainder of his contract.” a FarPost report read.

“The Soweto giants are however yet to find a willing club to take him. Many clubs are reluctant to take on Bimenyimana.”

“Caleb is returning to the club after playing well for Burundi in the AFCON qualifier. He’s not taking the overseas offer, so he’s returning to Chiefs for pre-season. It looks like it’ll be tricky to move him this transfer window.” an insider told the publication.
