Badosa defeated her first round opponent Alison Riske-Amritraj of US in straight sets on Court 15 and strolled barged straight into Court 2 to back his boyfriend in his match against one-time Grand Slam Champion Dominic Thiem.
During the on-court interview after Tsitsipas defeated Thiem 3-6, 7-6 (7-1), 6-2, 6-7 (5-7), 7-6 (10-8) in three hours and 56 minutes, the Greek was reminded of his upcoming men’s doubles match alongside his brother Petros Tsitsipas and his mixed doubles match with Badosa.
It was at that point when the fans at the court joined in and started cheering for the star couple. Tsitsipas straightaway looked towards Badosa who was in the stands. She gracefully acknowledged the cheer from the fan and made a heart emoji using her hands for Tsitsipas.
The interviewer reminded Tsitsipas that Badosa was there to cheer for him after beating her first round opponent. “Oh, I just found out, I had no idea. Congratulations,” the world number world number five gleefully responded.

Badosa is the former world number two women’s singles player. The 25-year-old is currently ranked 35 in the women’s singles category.

Badosa and Tsitsipas have been in a relationship for a couple of months now and also practiced together before playing in the Wimbledon 2023. The couple was recently in Dubai to celebrate their love.

Badosa broke up with her Juan Betancourt, a renowned Cuban actor and model, earlier this year. Badosa and Betancourt have gotten into a relationship after breaking up with Spanish television presenter David Broncano and Spanish actress Andrea Duro respectively.
