After completing the first handful of missions in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, you’ll soon find yourself in a serene Hidden Village. It’s a beautiful place where a variety of NPCs will gather with various tasks for you to complete, including a young lady who needs help rounding up her house key–though you’ll soon find that the quest expands even further than that. We’ll tell you how to find the Taoist’s House Key and the Taoist’s Backdoor Key in this guide.
Where to find the House Key
The Taoist’s House Key is found in the mission “In Search of the Immortal Wizard” in Part 3–but it can be easy to miss if you aren’t paying attention to your surroundings. You’ll find it sitting behind a stone structure covered in vines at the end of the mission while traveling through the winding mountain path directly before the boss arena. If you reach the spot to drop down and fight the boss, you’ve gone too far, so turn around and spot the glowing item on the ground.
Take the key to the woman, then continue to speak with her to find that she also needs you to find her backdoor key.
Where to find the Backdoor Key
The Taoist’s Backdoor Key is found in the mission “War’s Flames Blaze Fiercely” in Part 5–and it’s once again pretty easy to miss if you’re not thoroughly exploring. Near the end of the mission, you’ll have to enter a large dragon’s head to travel through another dark tunnel. As you make your way through, you’ll enter a large room with four pillars and a few Shuigui (mermaid demons) wandering around. The backdoor key is inside an alcove on the left of the room–but beware of the spider as you’re picking it up.
Take the second key to the woman, then you can finally open the backdoor to find three chests. However, these chests are locked, so return to the woman to discover how to open them.
How to open the chests
The woman will offer you keys if you provide her with particular items that she’s seeking. Luckily, the three things she asks for are common, low-tier items that you should have plenty of already. When you’ve obtained three keys, simply head to the backyard and open the chests for a collection of useful items and materials.
