The draft proposed by the BCCI has been sent to all the participating boards for approval. Reportedly, Pakistan has raised concerns over two of their matches. They want the venue of their match against Afghanistan to be shifted from spin-friendly MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

Likewise, Pakistan have also expressed reservations about their match against Australia in Bengaluru’s M Chinnaswamy Stadium. Pakistan have a feeling that the opposition will have an upper hand at these two venues.
It was also reported earlier that Pakistan are seeking change in venue for their match against India at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad as well. However, that request has also not been accepted.
As per ESPNCricinfo, Pakistan are expected to commence their World Cup campaign with matches against the two qualifiers. The matches are set to be played in Hyderabad on October 6 and 12. The highly anticipated match against India is scheduled for October 15, while the games against Australia and Afghanistan are scheduled for October 20 and 23.
The Babar Azam-led side will then take on South Africa in Chennai on October 27, before travelling to Kolkata for their clash against Bangladesh at the Eden Gardens. Pakistan will finish their league-stage campaign with matches against New Zealand and England, which are scheduled to be held on November 5 and 12.
