The woman dubbed the “World Cup’s Hottest Fan” is claiming that hyper-conservative Qatar has relaxed their strict modesty laws during the competition.

What’s more, the Croatian model and team superfan says the locals LOVE her barely-there, attention-grabbing outfits festooned in her home country’s colours.

Observers at the fabled tourney feared Knoll would be arrested for her fashion choices.

She told TMZ Sports that she meant no disrespect to the host country and has merely been expressing herself with what’s acceptable in her own culture.

Qatar intones visitors to “show respect for local culture by avoiding excessively revealing clothing in public.”

She first dipped her toes in the water with a long, cleavage-baring dress and graduated to wearing a bikini to a local beach.

Knoll told her 900,000 Instagram followers that she has not faced any blowback on her mullah-maddening costumes.

“The locals confirmed to me that I can wear whatever I want,” Knoll told TMZ. “But I didn’t know that my video in a bikini walking by the sea would be such a big deal. The whole country is speaking about it. Everybody knows me here, and I saw that I was accepted.”

She added: “I was never afraid to be arrested to be what I am, and I don’t think I can hurt someone wearing a bikini. And if that deserves to be arrested, then arrest me.”

Knoll said she will be in the stands for Croatia’s Thursday tilt against Belgium where she’ll model another special outfit for the big game.
