Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood are among the world’s top 10 most expensive footballers, according to a recent study.
The young duo, who play for Manchester rivals City and United respectively, are considered two of English football’s hottest prospects, both tipped to enjoy glittering careers.
Their talent and potential has been recognised by CIES Football Observatory, who estimate that Foden and Greenwood are each worth well over £100million.
They join England teammate Jude Bellingham in the rankings, with Borussia Dortmund sensation Erling Haaland high on the list and Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior taking top spot.

But the Manchester hot shots can still boast about their estimated transfer values, with Foden’s being rated at an eye-watering €152.6million (£127m) which puts him second on the list behind Vinicius.
Meanwhile, CIES claim it would take a bid in the region of €133.9million (£111m) to prize Greenwood away from Old Trafford.
Bellingham, still just 18 years of age, closely follows with a value of €130.1million (£108m).
Gareth Southgate will be hoping all three players can become pillars of the national team in years to come, with Greenwood being the only one to miss out on featuring at the European Championships last summer as the Three Lions made the final.
And despite a superb start to the season, scoring in three successive Premier League matches to start the campaign on fire, the United academy graduate is not having the best of times with his club.
The 20-year-old was once again subbed off by interim manager Ralf Rangnick during Sunday’s dismal 1-0 defeat at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
It prompted boos from the Old Trafford crowd, with Greenwood’s performance – lasting until the 60th minute – a rare bright spot from an all-round insipid display.
Explaining his decision post-match, Rangnick told Sky Sports : “Mason was good but I had to take someone off and didn’t want to take off one of the sixes.
“I had to decide whether to take off Edi[son Cavani] or Mason, so I took off Mason.”

Foden’s club career has also seen a recent blip, with the midfielder’s antics over the festive period seeing him dropped by boss Pep Guardiola.
He and fellow City playmaker Jack Grealish reportedly turned up to training looking worse for wear following their 7-0 win against Leeds United, having been spotted partying the night before.
