a
fair
amount
of
Indian
Premier
League
matches
over
the
years,
also
serving
as
home
to
record
IPL
champions
Mumbai
Indians
as
well
as
now
defunct
Pune
Warriors
and
Deccan
Chargers.
Apart
from
the
IPL
franchises,
the
DY
Patil
Stadium
has
also
hosted
Indian
Super
League
(ISL)
team
Mumbai
City
FC.
The
venue
was
the
home
stadium
for
Mumbai
City
FC
in
2014.
BCCI
has
announced
the

in
the

at

Pitch
Report
The
wickets
at
the
venue
produced
some
high-scoring
matches
in
IPL
2022
and
the
recent
women’s
international
matches.
So,
expect
the
pitch
to
be
batting
friendly
with
some
assistance
for
slower
bowlers.
As
the
stadium
is
a
little
far
away
from
the
coastal
area,
there
is
little
chance
of
dew.
Teams
chasing
will
be
at
advantage
at
the
venue.
