WWE Draft is always an exciting time when fans can expect to see pleasant surprises. According to an update from WRKD Wrestling, former WWE Champion Big E could be one of those as he is expected to return to action during Draft.
Big E broke his neck last year prior to WrestleMania 38 and thankfully he didn’t have to perform surgery on the neck. However, there’s no confirmed update on whether WWE medical personnel had cleared him for in-ring competition.
WRKD Wrestling also recently reported that WWE might want to do a New Day vs. Imperium feud if and when Big E gets cleared which would further lead to a huge Gunther vs. Big E match for the Intercontinental Championship.

In another significant spoiler, PWInsider is reporting that WWE Hall of Famer, and former SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long will be on SmackDown to possibly announce the Draft picks for RAW and SmackDown as the host.
PWInsider also reports that NXT Stars Pretty Deadly will be backstage on SmackDown. The former two-time NXT Tag Team Champions lost to Tony D’Angelo & Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo in a Trunk Match and they were thrown into the lake, afterward.
It was a possible way to write them off the NXT storyline so that they could be main-roster-bound. Also, Fightful Select reports Ilja Dragunov would be a potential call-up alongside a former NXT UK Champion.
“Ilja Dragunov is a name that was pitched to potentially join the main roster for the draft. We can confirm PWinsider’s report that Pretty Deadly were pitched as well. Tyler Bate has also been pitched, per WRKD Wrestling.”
