The main event of the upcoming night was already confirmed in the form of Carmelo Hayes’ first title defense against Grayson Waller. Now, it appears the NXT Women’s Championship will also be on the line on the show.
During the April 18 episode of NXT, the current NXT Women’s Champion Indi Hartwell came out to address Roxanne Perez after the former champion beat Zoey Stark in a singles contest. The two went through a conversation to agree to a rematch.
However, Tiffany Stratton has her eyes on the gold and she was quick to make her point to get involved in the title bout. As a result, Indi will put her title on the line against both Perez and Tiffany in a Triple Threat at Spring Breakin’ 2023.
Indi won the title back at NXT Stand & Deliver in a Six-Way Ladder Match after some help came from her on-screen flame Dexter Lumis to end Roxanne Perez’s title run. Spring Breakin’ marks Indi’s first title defense.

The former NXT Champion Bron Breakker has become a heel and he volunteered to give up a rematch for the gold. Rather, his 2.0 version was happy to break up Chase University’s party last week.
As a result, Bron Breakker vs. Andre Chase has been announced for Spring Breakin’. This is the first time in more than a year that Bron will be competing in a themed NXT episode without the NXT Title at stake.

As the romantic saga between Kiana James and Brooks Jensen continues on NXT, the latter appeared on the show, sporting a new look and they have challenged Fallon Henley and Josh Briggs to a mixed tag team match at Spring Breakin’.
Plus, former two-time NXT tag team champions Pretty Deadly – Kit Wilson and Elton Prince will face Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo in a first-ever Trunk Match to possibly culminate their ongoing feud.
Although there’s no official statement from the WWE, it seems someone needs to be stuffed inside a trunk to win the bout. The stipulation in this match should be similar to the Casket Match made famous by The Undertaker.
Lastly, Cora Jade has been booked into a match against Lyra Valkyria. Since Jade’s return to NXT, two weeks ago, Lyra is targeting her to seek revenge for an earlier attack which is why the two have agreed upon to compete in the match.

The 2023 WWE NXT Spring Breakin’ episode takes place next Tuesday, April 25 at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. The full match card for the show goes as follows:
