WWE NXT Stand & Deliver 2023: Title Matches and Ladder Match participants declared

The Champions, Kiana James and Fallon Henley will defend the belts against the team of Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre. Isla and Alba won a triple threat tag team match also featuring Ivy Nile & Tatum Paxley and Kayden Carter & Katana Chance to secure the opportunity.

Paxley turned on Nile during the match and delivered a beatdown at ringside. Fyre and Dawn capitalized by delivering a double-team move on Nile to get the pin-fall win. Henley and James previously defeated Carter and Chance to win the tag belts.

NXT Women’s Championship will also be defended at Stand & Deliver. Heading into last night’s NXT, The title match was announced by Shawn Michaels in a Ladder Match capacity due to the current champ Roxanne Perez’s injury.

Perez collapsed at the end of last week’s NXT after she retained the NXT Women’s Championship against former NXT UK Women’s Champion Meiko Satomura in the main event of the Roadblock edition.

Since then, Perez is being evaluated by the doctors and there’s no certainty whether she could return in time for the next NXT PLE to feature in the championship match.

In her absence, Zoey Stark defeated Sol Ruca to qualify for the Championship Ladder Match while Dolin defeated Kiana James to enter the ladder match fray. One more spot is left to be filled as per the released match poster on social media.

WWE NXT North American Championship will also be on the line at the NXT PLE where Wes Lee will be defending his title against four other competitors in a fatal-5-way match at Stand & Deliver.

Lee initially wanted to defend his title against 10 different opponents but Shawn Michaels booked the match in a fatal-5-way capacity after having a talk with Lee. The whole interaction was filmed by NXT Anonymous where Lee got the chance to pick his opponents.

WWE NXT Stand & Deliver will take place Saturday, April 1 from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California five hours before WrestleMania 39 Night One goes on air. The current match card for the event goes as follows:
