Now, Charlotte Flair has revealed her body transformation to stunned fans. The 37-year-old star said on social media that her new ripped look was part of a four-year plan.

And the 14-time women’s wrestling champion took to Instagram to compare photos of herself from 2019 to a recent snap. In both pictures, she’s wearing a sports bra.

Flair said of the “rare” photo that she has “always covered my stomach in clothes and wrestling gear.”

“Consistency, discipline, and the determination to change has guided me the last 4 years. Some days good … some days bad but I never stop wanting to improve!

“I try to implement this in all aspects of my life! The journey doesn’t happen overnight but never give up on yourself!”

Fans seem to approve of the new-look Queen.

One said: “You are a light!! Thank you” while another fan-boy added, “Wow girl, you make me speechless.”

Meanwhile, on Father’s Day, the blond bombshell celebrated with her famous father, grappling legend Ric Flair. Her hubby, Andrade El Idolo, tagged along.

She wrote on Instagram: “Happy Father’s Day to my mentor and biggest fan. Your sacrifices and hard work inspire me every day. @ricflairnatureboy diamonds are FOREVER. Love you big as the sky, Winky.”

At last week’s Friday Night Smackdown, the Queen was introduced by Grayson Waller before being rudely interrupted by Bianca Belair.

Belair taunted Flair for “taking her title” as their rivalry deepens in intensity. She is reportedly frustrated at being passed over for a shot at Asuka’s title which went to Flair instead.

Belair moaned: “You can sit here and talk about all the things you’ve done, I can talk about all the things I’ve done.

“But the past is the past. But the future is that since I didn’t get my rematch, you best believe I will be standing ringside for your title match with Asuka.”
