Zendaya is the gift that keeps on giving. Less than a week ago — December 8, to be exact — the actor won us all over with her intergalactic-inspired hairstyle for the cover of Interview Magazine, followed by a chin-length bob that she wore to the Ballon d’Or ceremony on November 29. Now: cornrows. She debuted the protective style on the red carpet at the Spider-Man: No Way Home premiere in Los Angeles on December 13.
This isn’t just an ordinary set of cornrows, though. Zendaya’s set was literally touching her butt, but it’s no surprise that she decided to go with a rear-skimming hairstyle, considering that she wore some extra-long jumbo box braids to the Council of Fashion Designers of America’s 2021 awards ceremony back on November 10.
Zendaya hasn’t shared any photos or videos of the red carpet look with her 113 million-plus Instagram followers just yet, but her fans have been showing their love for the look on TikTok. User @marvelousimani shared a video on December 13 showing the actor arriving at the premiere, capturing Zendaya’s butt-skimming cornrows in all their glory. Another TikTok creator, @kimandpeter, also posted a video of Zendaya walking the No Way Home red carpet that provided lots of closeups of her cornrows, proving how beautiful they were. In a nutshell, the Internet is absolutely head over heels with Zendaya’s No Way Home premiere look.
Appreciation also needs to be given for Zendaya’s eyeliner look because she really did serve a good one. Her eyes were lined with what appeared to be a sparkly cobalt blue liner and a shade of white on the wing. A thin, slightly curved black line was drawn just below her brow bone.
Once again, Zendaya did not disappoint with her latest hairstyle, and her eyeliner look for the night deserves an honorable mention as well.
