During a visit to a Louisiana elementary school yesterday, the Pelicans star threw down a vintage 360-degree slam that had fans very much looking forward to seeing him back on the court.

“Oh look he just got injured again.”

“Generational talent we be back,” another fan tweeted at Zion.

“Can he please stay healthy,” another person pleaded.

It feels like forever since we’ve seen Zion back on the court doing what he does best.

The former No. 1 pick played in just 29 games this season before being sidelined for the year, and that was after missing all of 2021-22 with a foot injury.

Let’s hope we can get something resembling a full season from the two-time All-Star in the very near future.
