AMD is bundling The Last of Us Part 1 with select Radeon graphics cards, from now until 15 April this year. Of the cards, the chipmaker’s second-most powerful graphics card, the Radeon RX 7900 XT, is also part of the bundle program.

Again, the Radeon RX 7900 XT isn’t the only card that will be eligible with the bundle; its more powerful sibling, the RX 7900 XTX will also be eligible to redeem a copy of the game. You can check out or in-depth review of each card, as we tested both RDNA3-powered graphics cards and found them to be formidable powerhouses in their own right, we believed both cards to be slightly “cheaper” alternatives to its direct rival, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080.

Moving on, the Last of Us Part 1 bundle program is also applicable to the previous generation RDNA2-based Radeon RX 6000 series. The cards in question include The 6950XT, 6900XT, 680XT, 6800, 6750XT, 6700Xt, 6650XT, 6600XT, 6600, 6500XT, and the 6400. Access to the game will be distributed via a digital game code, which you need to redeem via AMD’s dedicated redemption portal.

Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us Part 1, which is a remake of the original PlayStation title that was released back in 2013, will officially be arriving for the PC on 28 March and will be released under the PlayStation Studio branding. The critically acclaimed title tells the story of Joel and Ellie, living in a post-apocalyptic USA, where a spore-like fungus has ravaged the world by mutating humans and transforming them into mindless creatures known as The Infected.

The Last of Us Part 1, along with its sequel, garnered international recognition for its visceral and often-at-times brutal story-telling, even amongst non-gamers. In fact, it got so popular that earlier this year, its creator Neil Druckmann, along with the creator of the award-winning mini series, Chernobyl, banded together and released a live-action series of the same name, which began screening earlier this year on HBO Go.
