Anne Heche’s ex-boyfriend Thomas Jane has filed a lawsuit against the late actress’s estate over an unpaid loan amounting to $150,000.

In court documents obtained by People, Jane, 53, claims the late multi-Emmy award winner borrowed $157,000 from him prior to her death in August.

The lawsuit alleges that Heche, who died at 53, agreed to pay the money back in monthly installments of $10,000 commencing in August 2021.

According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Jane’s lawyers allege that the late actress did not pay him back the full sum — and claim he’s still owed $149,106.04. He is also seeking $18.77 per day in growing interest.

Jane alleged that his former “Hung” co-star did not “make any further payments” after the first two installments.

The filing states that Heche was to keep “The Punisher” actor in the know of upcoming professional work.

Anne Heche arrives at HBO's "Hung" Season 2 premiere on June 23, 2010 in Hollywood, California.

The Post has reached out to Heche’s estate for comment.

Page Six previously revealed the pair’s relationship back in April 2019.

Heche tragically died earlier this year following a horrific accident. She never regained consciousness after crashing her blue Mini Cooper into a Los Angeles home on Aug. 5.

Heche slipped into a coma shortly after the accident and remained in critical condition until she was taken off life support.

After news of her death broke, Jane offered his “thoughts and prayers” in a statement to Daily Mail.
