A source close to the film has spilled some beans on the matter & he has said, “Bachchan Pandey’s trailer will be unveiled on February 18 — a month before the film’s theatrical premiere (March 18). The trailer was released for two reasons: Sajid Nadiadwala’s birthday occurs on the same day, and 18 is also Akshay’s lucky number (1+8 = 9). The action-comedy-romance-drama is one of the most anticipated films of the year since it represents Akshay’s return to the genres he is most known for – action and comedy – and is expected to be a box office success.”
