Promoters of the BeachLife Festival in Redondo Beach have announced the dates for its first three-day country and Americana fest, BeachLife Ranch.
The event will take place Sept. 16-18 at Seaside Lagoon and the artist lineup will be announced when the original BeachLife Festival happens May 13-15 with headliners Weezer, Smashing Pumpkins and Steve Miller Band.
BeachLife ticketholders will be the first to get a crack at tickets to the all-new festival and were emailed pre-sale codes to use to purchase three-day general admission or general admission plus wristbands and a number of special VIP offerings at beachliferanch.com. Tickets go on sale to the general public starting at noon Tuesday, April 26.
Though the BeachLife Festival has a more modern rock and reggae vibe, co-founders Allen Sandford and Rob Lissner said that with BeachLife Ranch they were “targeting a little bit of a different audience and genre just to expand the offering” during an interview back in February. The official website does indicate that there will be a total of four stages with more than 50 artists performing during the three-day festival and there will be plenty of barbecue and family-friendly fare on-site.
