Bradley Walsh’s quiet life in popular Essex town

Bradley Walsh rose to fame in the entertainment industry in 1997, when he became the new face of ITV’s popular game show Wheel of Fortune. In 2009, Bradley became the presenter of The Chase, which quickly became one of the UK’s most popular shows, and it still runs to this day, with Bradley as host. When not filming for television, he resides in his Essex barn conversion, said to be worth £2.5million.

The property is located in Epping, Essex, and is said to come complete with five bedrooms.

Epping is a market town and civil parish in the Epping Forest district of the county of Essex. It is located 17 miles from London, which makes it popular amongst commuters.

It has great transport links, conveniently located at the end of the Central Line, making the capital extremely accessible for residents.

According to Rightmove, properties in the area had an overall average price of £652,069 over the last year.

Epping is a large area, which means there are a variety of homes in the area, from large detached homes to cottages.

At the time of writing, there are currently 78 homes for sale in the area, with the most expensive on the market for a whopping £4million.

Last year, Kubie Gold rated Epping as the second-best commuter town, scoring highly on its amount of green space.

One popular attraction in the area is Epping Forest, which is an ancient area of woodland with plenty of walks.

The woodland is home to 55,000 ancient trees, more than any other single site in the country, according to Epping Forest Heritage Trust.

Other areas of interest, rated by Tripadvisor users, included the Copped Hall, Epping Green Chapel and Epping Museum.

Rod Stewart is perhaps one of Essex’s most famous residents, who owns a large 18th century home in Harlow, reportedly worth £4.6million.

He purchased the 10 bedroom home on the edge of Epping Forest back in 2013, moving into it in 2016.
