The library itself is over 400 years old.
The exhibition which the Duchess attended, ‘Melancholy: A New Anatomy’ will be on display until March 20 this year.
Camilla also visited the library’s Conservation Studio, where specialists work carefully to restore antique books and preserve the objects in the collection for current and future generations.
