CSU Rams’ slim bowl hopes dashed after squandering halftime lead at San Jose State

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Colorado State’s slim bowl hopes were put to rest late Saturday night, as the Rams squandered a halftime lead in a 28-16 loss to San Jose State.

The Rams entered the half up 10-7, but scored just once the rest of the way in their second consecutive loss.

Chevan Cordeiro completed 27 of 42 passes for 274 yards and two touchdown and Kairee Robinson ran for two TDs to help San Jose State beat the Rams.
