Did Hulu remove ‘Fear the Walking Dead?’ Where to stream the spin-off series

0

2015’s middling Walking Dead spin-off is airing its eighth and final season, but many fans don’t know where to find it.

Fear the Walking Dead follows a family, and all the various survivors they meet along the way, in the earliest days of the zombie epidemic that ends society as we know it in The Walking Dead. Its popularity, among critics if not audiences, spurred AMC to delve even deeper into the world of Robert Kirkman’s Walking Dead, and soon inspired a range of spin-off series, including 2022’s Dead in the Water.

During its first several seasons, fans of the zombie genre could locate and enjoy episodes of Fear the Walking Dead on Hulu, but the title’s status on the platform has since come into question. Fans can still catch the series — including its still-airing final season — on streaming, but its a touch harder to locate these days.

Is Fear the Walking Dead still on Hulu?

Hulu appears to have removed Fear the Walking Dead from its lineup of offerings, despite the show’s consistent presence on the streamer in its early days. Viewers with a Hulu subscription will have to look elsewhere for the show’s final season — along with each of its subsequent seasons — but there are thankfully a few options.

Where to stream Fear the Walking Dead

Each of Fear the Walking Dead‘s seasons — including the currently airing eighth season — are streamable with a subscription to AMC Plus. AMC owns the rights to the entire Walking Dead franchise, so a subscription to its official streaming service will provide fans of the zombie-saturated world with plenty of viewing options, and will run subscribers just under $10 a month, or $83.88 (plus tax) annually.

The series is also available to purchase via sites like Vudu or Prime Video, where each season will run viewers between $10.99 and $29.99.
