Duran Duran fans who are also SiriusXM subscribers will now be able to listen to a brand-new channel exclusively devoted to the music of their idols.

On Thursday, the radio broadcasting company launched Duran Duran Future Past Radio, a limited-run channel that spotlights the British New Wave band’s career, including music from their 15 studio albums, as well as live concert recordings and commentary from band members Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes, John Taylor and Roger Taylor. The channel will run through June 2.

Le Bon himself already has a show on SiriusXM, WHOOOSH!, that he co-hosts with longtime Duran Duran associate Katy Krassner. It primarily spotlights new alternative music from emerging artists.

Per a SiriusXM press release, Duran Duran Future Past Radio will also broadcast special programs such as Club Duran Duran, focusing on remixes of the band’s songs (airing every Friday at 11 pm ET); Weekend’s Live, featuring entire live shows (every Saturday at 3 pm and 8 am ET); and WHOOOSH! Wednesdays, collecting highlights from Le Bon and Krassner’s show (every Wednesday at 9 pm ET).

The new channel coincides with Duran Duran’s upcoming North American tour that begins May 27 in support of their 2021 album, Future Past, with both Nile Rodgers & Chic (an influential group on Duran’s career) and Bastille as support acts. The September 22 date at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York, will also have the legendary Grace Jones on the bill.

2023 ushers in some special milestones for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band. This year marks the 40th, 35th and 30th anniversaries of the Duran Duran full-length studio records Seven and the Ragged Tiger, Big Thing, and The Wedding Album respectively. Additionally, it will also be 45 years since Rhodes and John Taylor co-founded the group in their hometown of Birmingham, England.

In March, the band announced that they will be releasing a new record later in the year that will also feature their former original guitarist Andy Taylor, who was diagnosed with Stage IV prostate cancer five years ago. It will mark the first time in almost 20 years that the original Fab Five lineup appeared on a recording together.

Last month, as part of Record Store Day, Duran Duran issued Rio Carnival, a special limited-edition vinyl release containing remixes and ‘night versions’ of songs that originally appeared on the 1982 Carnival EP.
